Covid-19 Response

The health and safety of everyone in the Greenr Cleanr community is our top concern. In response to the pandemic, we have implemented new procedures and services to ensure a higher standard of sanitation and protection for workspaces and employees. Following CDC and EPA guidelines, we have added and improved steps to the cleaning process:

Due to coronavirus, we are taking the following precautions
In addition to our regular disinfecting and sanitation routines, we have trained staff to the CDC standards. Our crews are taking the necessary steps to keep your office sanitized, particularly when entering and cleaning your building.

1. Our crews are wearing masks, gloves, and are washing hands frequently; upon entering and exiting every office.

2. All staff have been instructed to continuously change use of towels when wiping surfaces, as well as continuously changing mop water.

3. We are using EPA-approved disinfectants and following the dwell times on surfaces and frequently touched areas such as light fixtures, doorknobs, countertops, and faucets.

4. We are limiting the amount of staff we are sending to various locations to minimize exposure.

5. As always, we are not allowing our staff who show any symptoms to enter the office or the workplace. The health of our team is something we have always felt strongly about and especially now.

Please alert us as soon as possible if there is a potential exposure at your workspace
We are asking that the companies we work with notify us if there is a chance of exposure of COVID-19. Greenr Cleanr is prepared to perform the cleaning of affected workplaces.

If an area is exposed: the CDC recommends to close off areas used by the ill persons and wait as long as practical before beginning cleaning and disinfection to minimize potential for exposure to respiratory droplets.

Open outside doors and windows to increase air circulation in the area. If possible, wait up to 24 to 48 hours before beginning cleaning and disinfection. Cleaning staff should clean and disinfect all areas (e.g., offices, bathrooms, and common areas) used by the ill persons, focusing especially on frequently touched surfaces.

For cleaning processes: We have added stronger cleaning and sanitizing options, and new Electrostatic Disinfection services, along with extended day porter and nightly disinfection services.

Not sure where to begin? We can help define what your office cleaning should entail when reopening your workspace and keeping it continually sanitized.

The Greenr Cleanr team will continue to stay up-to-date on cleaning and sanitizing guidance related to Coronavirus recommendations and will adjust procedures as necessary.

During this time, we are all unsure what to plan for tomorrow and the following weeks and months. It’s not an easy time for any of us personally, but we will try to persevere as a company, a society, and a nation.

We are here to be of help professionally and collectively to support the “flattening of the curve” as we face this crisis head on. As we continue to work together and take proactive and protective measures, we can all hope for the best outcome in the shortest duration possible.

Any client who would like to reduce or cancel our services, we completely understand and respect that decision. There will be no cancellation fee assigned. Please consider keeping a less frequent service to keep your office clean and also consider scheduling an extended cleaning when you resume operations so your employees can return with peace of mind.

Please reach out to us with any questions, we are here to help.

How can we help?
