Practices & Procedures
Do you have COVID-19 procedures that help protect against the spread of coronavirus?
We are following CDC guidelines closely; wearing masks and gloves while being safely socially distant while on-site. And we have added new cleaning procedures, including Electrostatic Disinfection.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured and bonded. Certificates can be ordered that meet client specifications.
Who will be doing the cleaning: employees, subcontractors, or a franchisee?
We have employees who are thoroughly screened and trained to do the work. The owner himself is not afraid to roll up his sleeves to help when needed. We are not a franchise and do not subcontract any of our work.
What type of contract do you require?
No contract is required. Our service proposal acts as a basic service agreement that is signed by both parties. Clients can be on a month-to-month basis.
What kind of quality assurance program can I expect and is it in writing?
Both parties sign an agreement of detailed cleaning specifications to ensure that everything agreed upon is delivered to the customer's satisfaction.
How will communication be handled?
Communication can be via phone, email, or any form that best suits the customer.
Do you use green, eco-friendly cleaning products?
Yes, most of our cleaning products are eco-friendly, and we offer a variety of green certified end-user products to our customers. Green cleaning refers to using cleaning methods and products with environmentally friendly ingredients and procedures which are designed to preserve human health and environmental quality.
What is involved in deep cleaning?
Deep cleaning is an intensive cleaning and disinfection of critical areas that are not cleaned within a daily cleaning schedule. Our proprietary cleaning process ensures that we disinfect, sanitize, and create a dust-free environment in each and every corner of your office.
What is electrostatic disinfection?
Electrostatic disinfection is a quick and easy way to achieve 360°, touchless disinfection. Electrostatic sprayers use positive and negative charges to make disinfecting solutions electromagnetically stick to targeted surfaces.
Cost & Billing
What is the cost of Greenr Cleanr services?
The cost of service is dependent on several factors such as square footage of the serviceable area, office headcount, number and size of bathrooms and break rooms, etc. We will work with you to assess the cost after a quick on-site visit and assessment of your space.
How will add-on services be billed?
We bill services separately from janitorial services. The cost of add-ons is dependent on the type of add-on and the labor hours necessary.
How do I pay Greenr Cleanr for services?
Commercial accounts will be invoiced on the first of every month. We accept payments by direct deposit, ACH, wire transfer, and check. Payments are net 45 upon receipt of invoice.
How do I receive a free estimate?

Do I pay for each cleaning separately?
For customers that receive a weekly cleaning or more, we bill monthly. For less frequent customers, we bill for each cleaning service individually.
Customer Responsibilities
What does my office need to supply?
Greenr Cleanr supplies all labor, cleaning supplies, and equipment to service your facility. The items each office needs to supply are paper products, soap, and trash liners. You may also purchase these items through us for a low price, or through your own vendor.
Do I need to be present for the cleaning services?
It is not necessary for customers to be present for the cleaning crew. In fact, most of our clients are not.
Do you provide day porter services?
Yes, we can have a specific person assigned to your account to perform cleaning, sanitizing, restocking, or similar duties at your office.
What if something should be broken or damaged during the cleaning process?
If an item is broken, Greenr Cleanr will have it repaired or replaced. We are also insured for any property damage we may cause.
How soon can you start cleaning my facility?
We can start as soon as you like.
Can I adjust our cleaning levels and services?
Our cleaning services are tailor made to meet your needs and your service agreement can be adjusted as needed.
